Jeremih has decided to change the title of his upcoming studio album from Thumpy Johnson to Late Nights: The Album. It will serve as a sequel to his 2012 mixtape Late Nights. He also announces that the LP will hit stores on September 30th. Read below what he had to say about the new title:
“The last body of work I put out was Late Nights,” said Jeremih. “I still feel like how I was feeling when I recorded that. I was traveling, up late nights, recording all the time. It just felt like every record was catering to… I imagined if it was a big bed in the club, everybody would be in one big ass orgy off of all the songs [on the LP]. My first two albums I was making sad songs. I don’t feel like that no more. I was in a relationship then. I’m single as hell right now. You’re getting the best of my last single years.” [Laughs]
This probably shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, but Drake confirms his fourth album title will be “Views From The 6“.
When he released Days In The East, the artwork was a random 6. Then there was a billboard put up in Toronto, basically of the same thing. Also, Drake is said to be buying a house in cleveland since LeBron has signed back.
For now, all we have is the title of the album, because he hasn’t even started recording for it yet. Expect PARTYNEXTDOOR TWO on July 29th tho.
Yo Gotti announced that we can expect his new album The Art Of Hustle to drop in the fourth quarter of 2014.
“Man I just decided on stage, I’m dropping an album this year. Yo Gotti new album drops this year, fourth quarter; it’s called The Art of Hustle. Just like that, no matter what we’re dropping, get ready… I’m the boss, CMG boss status. We don’t need no go ‘heads.”
